MEGAN RUDER

Primary Owner

Megan Ruder graduated with an M.S. in Occupational Therapy in 2009. Since then, she has worked in healthcare and has been a business owner for over 14 years. Megan switched gears in 2021 to join Ruder Built as the majority owner bringing her expertise in business management, development and compliance. Outside of work, Megan keeps busy with her four kids and all of their activities. She enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling as a family.

ANDREW RUDER

Owner

Andrew Ruder graduated with a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 2006. He has over 17 years of experience in all aspects of commercial construction. He started Ruder Built in 2011 with the idea that creating a positive work culture combined with open and transparent communication leads to timely project completion and ultimately a happy client. Andrew likes spending time with his wife and four kids at his cabin in Granby.

THOMAS RUDER

Operations Manager

Thomas graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University. He has been working with his hands from a young age doing a wide variety of jobs (Lead Materials Tech, Federal Highway Inspector, Traffic Engineer). He enjoys the accomplishment of completing a job and having all parties involved happy with the outcome. When Thomas is not working, he likes spending time with his wife and three kids at his cabin near Red Feather Lakes.

RYAN SCHOTT

Senior Project Manager

Ryan has worked in construction as an Estimator and Project Manager since 2006. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Ryan has been involved with a wide range of projects both all over the Northeast US and Colorado. Ryan was born and raised in Aurora, CO and has a twin sister. His favorite hobbies outside of work are hiking, camping and snowboarding.

COREY NOOK

Senior Project Manager

Corey earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and has worked in commercial construction in Chicago, California and Colorado. With over 22 years of estimating and project management experience, Corey always has a customer-focused approach and strives to build long-lasting relationships. His hobbies include photography, travel and spending time with his wife and son.

LINH TRAN

Project Engineer

Linh joined Ruder Built in 2024. With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design from Colorado State University and a minor in Construction Management, Linh thrives in collaborative environments and excels at clear communication. Her adaptability and problem-solving skills make her a valuable asset for a variety of projects. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by trying new sports and enjoys casual badminton games.

AARON NULAND

Senior Superintendent

Aaron comes to Ruder Built with a wealth of experience, boasting over 27 years in the construction industry. His extensive background equips him to adeptly manage project coordination, planning, and scheduling for both subcontractors and Ruder Built crews. As a testament to his commitment to excellence, Aaron is OSHA 10 and 30-hour trained, demonstrating his leadership in job safety and quality control. Beyond his professional life, Aaron cherishes time with his family, including his wife and three active boys who are involved in nearly every sport imaginable.

BILL OCHS

Senior Superintendent

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in General Business from the University of Northern Colorado and has been building commercial construction projects since 1995. With extensive experience in the K–12 education market, he has successfully delivered hundreds of projects for school districts throughout Colorado. Bill is known for building strong relationships with owners and subcontractors, believing that communication, collaboration, and trust are the foundation of every successful project. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three grown children.

JIMMY WINIECKI

Special Projects

Jimmy has been in the construction industry since 1990, bringing decades of experience in civil construction and heavy equipment operation. His extensive knowledge and versatility make him a valuable resource, and although he currently resides in Wisconsin, he continues to support Ruder Built on a variety of projects whenever needed. Known for his dependable work ethic and expertise, Jimmy is an invaluable member of the team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Deanna, and their dogs, Chip and Bud.

LUIS ROJAS

Field Manager

Luis’s journey began in 1997 when he moved from Mexico to the United States, driven by a desire for a better life. With dedication and hard work, he carved out a successful career in the construction field, where he discovered a true passion. Renowned for his exceptional craftsmanship, Luis is not only skilled in his trade, but also excels in fostering open communication among team members on the job site. His ability to connect with people enhances collaboration and ensures the successful completion of projects. When he’s not on the job, Luis enjoys barbecuing and cherishing quality time with his family.

JOSE DELGADO

General Foreman

Jose moved to the United States at the age of 14 and has dedicated the past 20 years to the construction industry. Since joining Ruder Built in 2022, he has become a respected leader known for his strong work ethic, versatility, and commitment to quality. From operating heavy equipment and placing concrete to installing irrigation systems and creating beautiful landscapes, Jose brings valuable expertise to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys biking, fishing, exploring the Colorado mountains, and spending time outdoors.

JONATHAN NESLADEK

General Foreman

Jonathan was born and raised in Olde Town Arvada, Colorado, and began his construction career at just 17 years old. Starting as a laborer, he worked his way up through the industry, gaining extensive experience leading field operations on large commercial projects. After spending 13 years in Jacksonville, Florida, raising his four children, Jonathan returned to Colorado and joined Ruder Built as General Foreman. Known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment to quality, Jonathan enjoys hiking the mountains with his dog and cheering on the Colorado Rockies in his free time.

TAYLOR NOONEY

Carpenter

With a decade of hands-on experience in construction, Taylor has honed his skills across various trades. From wielding the torch in welding projects to meticulously laying tiles, his journey has been one of mastering craftsmanship. Presently, Taylor channels his expertise into the finesse of trim carpentry, where every detail counts. Passionate about bringing visions to life, he thrives in transforming spaces into works of art, one precise cut at a time.

MOLLY DILLON

Administrative Officer

Molly graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelors in Apparel and Merchandising. She switched gears in 2015 and has been focusing more on bookkeeping, logistics and financials for nonprofits and construction companies. She joined the Ruder Built team in 2022. Molly is a Colorado native, she moved to Roaring Fork Valley with her husband in 2017 to chase the mountain life they both desired. In her free time she loves skiing, hiking, camping, traveling and being with friends and family.
