MEGAN RUDER
Primary Owner
Megan Ruder graduated with an M.S. in Occupational Therapy in 2009. Since then, she has worked in healthcare and has been a business owner for over 14 years. Megan switched gears in 2021 to join Ruder Built as the majority owner bringing her expertise in business management, development and compliance. Outside of work, Megan keeps busy with her four kids and all of their activities. She enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling as a family.
ANDREW RUDER
Owner
Andrew Ruder graduated with a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 2006. He has over 17 years of experience in all aspects of commercial construction. He started Ruder Built in 2011 with the idea that creating a positive work culture combined with open and transparent communication leads to timely project completion and ultimately a happy client. Andrew likes spending time with his wife and four kids at his cabin in Granby.
THOMAS RUDER
Operations Manager
Thomas graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University. He has been working with his hands from a young age doing a wide variety of jobs (Lead Materials Tech, Federal Highway Inspector, Traffic Engineer). He enjoys the accomplishment of completing a job and having all parties involved happy with the outcome. When Thomas is not working, he likes spending time with his wife and three kids at his cabin near Red Feather Lakes.
RYAN SCHOTT
Senior Project Manager
Ryan has worked in construction as an Estimator and Project Manager since 2006. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Ryan has been involved with a wide range of projects both all over the Northeast US and Colorado. Ryan was born and raised in Aurora, CO and has a twin sister. His favorite hobbies outside of work are hiking, camping and snowboarding.
COREY NOOK
Project Manager
Corey earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and has worked in commercial construction in Chicago, California and Colorado. With over 22 years of estimating and project management experience, Corey always has a customer-focused approach and strives to build long-lasting relationships. His hobbies include photography, travel and spending time with his wife and son.
LINH TRAN
Project Engineer
Linh joined Ruder Built in 2024. With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design from Colorado State University and a minor in Construction Management, Linh thrives in collaborative environments and excels at clear communication. Her adaptability and problem-solving skills make her a valuable asset for a variety of projects. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by trying new sports and enjoys casual badminton games.
AARON NULAND
Superintendent
Aaron comes to Ruder Built with over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. He brings this knowledge and experience to every project, excelling at general coordination, planning and scheduling of subcontractors and Ruder Built crews. Aaron is also OSHA 10 and 30 hour trained leading in job safety and quality control. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys who play every sport imaginable.
LUIS ROJAS
Field Manager
Luis came to the United States from Mexico in 1997, hoping to live a better life. He worked his way into the construction field and created a passion for it. Luis is well known for his ability to communicate with everyone on the job site, creating positive lines of communication among all trades to get the job done. He is famous for his superb craftsmanship. Outside of work, he enjoys barbecuing and spending time with his family.
JIMMY WINIECKI
Special Projects
Jimmy has been in the construction industry since 1990. He has experience in anything civil related and is a very talented equipment operator. He currently resides in Wisconsin but helps out whenever needed in a wide array of projects. Jimmy is invaluable with his knowledge in construction. When not behind a piece of equipment, Jimmy likes spending time with his wife, Deanna, and his dogs Chip and Bud.
BLAISE JOHNSON
General Foreman
Blaise is a proud former member of the United States Marine Corps. He has been in the construction industry since 2006. Blaise joined Ruder Built in 2021 as a talented equipment operator ranging anything from a crane to a skid steer. His expertise extends into various other areas in construction including carpentry, concrete, and demolition. In his free time Blaise enjoys sledding and hunting.
JOSE DELGADO
General Foreman
Jose moved to the United States when he was 14 years old and has spent the last 20 years in construction. Joining Ruder Built in 2022, he is well known for his leadership on the jobsite. He can operate equipment, prep and place concrete, layout and install irrigation systems, but enjoys landscaping the most. In his free time, Jose loves to spend time outside biking, fishing, and going to the mountains.
TAYLOR NOONEY
Carpenter
With a decade of hands-on experience in construction, Taylor has honed his skills across various trades. From wielding the torch in welding projects to meticulously laying tiles, his journey has been one of mastering craftsmanship. Presently, Taylor channels his expertise into the finesse of trim carpentry, where every detail counts. Passionate about bringing visions to life, he thrives in transforming spaces into works of art, one precise cut at a time.
MOLLY DILLON
Administrative Officer
Molly graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelors in Apparel and Merchandising. She switched gears in 2015 and has been focusing more on bookkeeping, logistics and financials for nonprofits and construction companies. She joined the Ruder Built team in 2022. Molly is a Colorado native, she moved to Roaring Fork Valley with her husband in 2017 to chase the mountain life they both desired. In her free time she loves skiing, hiking, camping, traveling and being with friends and family.
