DENVER ZOO SLOTH TREE
Ruder Built managed and performed the entire sloth tree exhibit at the Denver Zoo. Project scope included structural foundation, masonry, and assembly of the tree. Our team worked with the Denver Zoo facility and animal management teams to make sure that all the exhibits around the sloth tree were not impacted by construction of the new sloth tree exhibit. Ruder Built 100% self-performed this project.
AIMS COMMUNITY COLLEGE SHADE STRUCTURE
MOUNT OLIVET CEMETERY VAULTS
Ruder Built produces custom built concrete vaults which are used in cemetery development. Our team creates a variety of different sizes to fill the needs of the cemetery. We have developed a process that has led to the production of higher quality vaults. Ruder Built also completes miscellaneous pre-cast concrete products used in ongoing cemetery operations.
ULSTER STREET APARTMENTS
Ruder Built was a subcontractor on this new building. The scope of work we performed for this project included backing/blocking inside every apartment for any in wall support that is required after drywall installation. Our team is also providing backing support for windows and exterior finishes. Ruder Built additionally completed miscellaneous backing at louvers for rooftop mechanical units.
LOS DOS RESTAURANT
Ruder Built was a subcontractor for this ground up project. The scope of work our team performed included installation of glass and bottle racks and dining room chandeliers. Ruder Built also completed miscellaneous backing and blocking in the bar and painting in the brewery.
COORS STREET
Ruder Built was a subcontractor for this new residential building. The scope of work our team performed included excavation, grading and backfill for the concrete foundation. The challenging location and steep grades at this hill side property made it a perfect project for our experienced civil crew.
